A Lake Mills woman accepted a plea deal in exchange for a lighter sentence stemming from an October traffic stop and drug bust. Tina Smith pleaded guilty to the lesser misdemeanor charge of Possession of Marijuana, and was recently sentenced to serve 2 days in the Winnebago County Jail and ordered to pay a $200.00 fine, applicable surcharges and court costs. Smith was arrested druing a traffic stop by the Lake Mills Police Department on October 20, 2021.
