Minnesotans still reeling from states first-ever December tornadoes

HARTLAND, Minn. (WCCO) – Minnesotans are still reeling from the states first-ever confirmed tornadoes in December following last weeks storm that left devastation in its wake, and thousands without power. The National Weather Service confirmed five tornadoes in Minnesota Friday, and reported two more Sunday, including in northeast Mower County.

MEANWHILE…

The most powerful tornado last week in the Hartland area, has been confirmed as an EF-2, with wind up to 115 mph. Miraculously no one was injured during the storm that tore through the community. The National Weather Service had members surveying the damage Thursday.
