Trial is slated to begin on Tuesday for the owner of The Interchange Wine & Coffee Bistro. A district court judge has denied previous requests filed by Lisa Hanson to dismiss her nine criminal misdemeanor charges tied to the opening of the restaurant last December and January in violation of state emergency executive orders to limit the spread of COVID-19. A motion hearing is set for Monday morning.
