ALBERT LEA, Minn. – A Mason City woman charged for gunfire at an Albert Lea motel has accepted a plea deal. Jessica Ann Hutfles entered a guilty plea Tuesday in Freeborn County District Court in connection to the Oct. 22, 2021 incident in which Albert Lea police say Hutfles shot a bullet into a room at the Motel 6 on Main Street. Sentencing for the 31 year old is scheduled for March 24.
