(ABC 6 News) – The man accused of a shooting at an Albert Lea apartment in November of 2020 appeared in court this week. A hearing was held on Wednesday for Devin Weiland where attorneys on both sides filed motions for the judge to consider, one which calls into question the witness list the defense had provided but never shared with the prosecution team. The judge did not rule on either issue but said he would take it under advisement. Weiland has two upcoming hearings next month.
