CLEAR LAKE, Iowa – An Albert Lea man is facing charges following a routine traffic stop turned drug bust in north Iowa. When Andrew Clinton Faulkner, 38, was pulled over Wednesday on northbound Interstate 35 near Clear Lake for following a semi too closely, officers found nearly a pound of pot, allegedly from Colorado, as well as 36 grams of THC. He was arrested and was being held in a north Iowa jail.
