NORTH MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) – Back to back tragedies for a Minnesota Lake family. Joseph Edward Mazurkiewicz [ma zoo k-e vich] family confirmed Thursday in a release to the press that the 76 year old has died from injuries sustained in a rollover crash near Mapleton on Sunday afternoon, when he and his two sons were out looking for the family pet after they had just lost their home to a fire. A family friend has set up a GoFundMe to help the family recover.
