Parts of Minnesota could see up to a foot-and-a-half of snow this week marking the biggest winter storm in the metro and in much of the southern half of Minnesota since Dec. 10-11. Local forecasters are keeping a close eye on a winter storm expected to arrive in the state starting Monday, with parts of the state possibly seeing 8-12 inches of snow forecast Monday and another 4-6 inches on Tuesday.
