Who will get bonus payments seems to be a bone of contention for Senate Republicans, after the Minnesota House passed a $1 billion plan Thursday to provide funds for pandemic front-line workers. However, DFL leaders still don’t have an agreement with Republicans in the state Senate about who should get the bonuses and how much each worker should get, calling the bonus bill too broad and too expensive.
