MASON CITY, Iowa – An Albert Lea man charged with drug trafficking in North Iowa says he’s innocent.
Andrew Clinton Faulkner, 38 was arrested during a traffic stop on Interstate 35 near Clear Lake last week [February 2], after officers say the smell of marijuana was coming from the trunk. Court documents state a search of the vehicle uncovered nearly a pound of pot and 36 grams of THC wax wrapped in tin foil. His trial is now scheduled to begin on June 21.
