An Austin man convicted of 2020 drug possession charges while in a school zone has been sentenced to supervised probation in Mower County District Court. A judge ordered 54-year old Thomas Irvin Percival Thursday to two years of supervised probation for a felony 5th degree drug possession charge in connection to a search of his vehicle on 12th Street Northwest in Austin turned up 1.9 grams of meth. Percival accepted a plea deal in the case last year and several other charges were dismissed.
