It will be a flip of the coin to select a replacement to fill the Wells City Council seat left vacant after the recent resignation of Jessica Mortenson. The appointee would be selected to fill Mortenson’s remaining term until City Council elections are held in November. So far, four candidates have applied for the vacant concil seat, and members said they will flip a coin if there is a tie after the second round of the voting procedure.
