UPDATE: The Steele County teen killed in a single vehicle crash over the weekend has been identified. According to the Steele County Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Brett Alan Delhanty of Owatonna was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Lemond Road south of U.S. Highway 14 involving a tree outside Owatonna.
The crash remains under investigation by the Steele County Sheriff’s Office and the Minnesota State Patrol, which is assisting with reconstruction of the crash.
