New details in the big fire we repoirted yesterday at Syverson Auto Shop in Albert Lea. Fire crews were notiofied of the blaze around 8pm Wednesday night and were on scene within a matter of minutes. But smoke was already billowing from the back of the building. Deputy Fire Chief Jeff Laskowske described the damage as significant. The car dealership remains open, working out of the Chrysler building. No word yet on what could have started the fire in the first place.
