Early morning drug raid in Blue Earth netted police five arrests

MANKATO, Minn. – A multi-agency undercover drug raid in Blue Earth County early Wednesday morning netted police five arrests and hundreds of fentanly laced pills. The Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force (MRVDTF) says for weeks it had been investigating a group of Mankato residents for selling counterfeit oxycodone pills that contain fentanyl, and officers were led to four separate residences in the University Mobile Home Park in Mankato. Police confiscated, 450 Mbox 30 pills, eight grams of cocaine, weapons, and several thousand dollars in cash. The investigation is continuing, with more arrests pending.
