AUSTIN, Minn. – An Austin man has accepted a plea deal for his role in a 2021 fatal shooting. Keith Lavandas Forrest, pleaded guilty Wednesday to aiding and abetting second-degree murder after prosecutors say he drove his co-defendant to a home on 12th Street NE to buy some marijuana, and a man was shot and killed, court documents state. No sentencing date has been set.
