Dover, MN (KROC AM News) – An Austin man was hurt late Wednesday night after colliding with a tow truck in rural Olmsted County. The State Patrol says the tow truck was assisting with a stalled vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway on Highway 14 near Dover, just before midnight when the crash occurred. The driver of the car was identified as 28-year-old Logan Conley. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The State Patrol accident report indicates alcohol was involved. The tow truck driver, identified as 20-year-old Devon Parkin of Rochester was not injured.
