ALBERT LEA, Minn. – The former ShopKo site in Albert Lea will soon have two new reatilers. Big Lots is opening next to Harbor Freight Tools. Big Lots should open to the public at the end of October, while Harbor Freight Tools is expected to open in late July, a company spokesperson said.
