Name of victim killed in Monday morning rush hour crash south of Albert Lea released

The Minnesota State Patrol has identified the victim killed in a Monday morning rush hour crash on I-35 south of Albert Lea. Authorities said, 22-year-old Hunter Robertson was pronounced dead at the scene when his pick-up truck was struck by a semi that blew a tire, lost control, and crossed the median just after 8:00 a.m. Monday near Exit 2 in Freeman Township. The driver of the semi, identified as 45-year-old Scott Kirton of Wisconsin suffered minor injuries.
