Alcohol blamed for single vehicle crash that injured two Rochester teens and Austin woman

Alcohol is being blamed for a single vehicle crash in Pine Island that injured two Rochester teens and an Austin woman. The State Patrol says, Nyarehr Malith, was driving south on Highway 52 when the car skidded off the roadway and crashed at the Goodhue County Road 11 interchange during Wednesday morning rush hour. The 22 year old driver and an 18 and 19-year-old who were passengers in the car, all were taken to St. Marys Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
