AUSTIN, Minn. – An Austin man accused of death threats and witness tampering was sentenced Thursday. A judge ordered, Jorge Lorenzana Perez, to one year of probation, after the 32 year old pleaded guilty to misdemeanor domestic assault for an incident on December 1, 2021. The Mower County Sheriff’s Office says Perez threatened to kill a woman and go to Chicago and get a gun because he was mad she woudn’t lie for him in a DWI case.
