Next weeks trial date scheduled for a South Dakota teen charged in a 2021 fatal Austin drug robbery has been halted. Authorities reported that 19-year old Miguel Nunez Jr. shot, 45-year old David Harris multiple times in the chest during an attempted drug robbery at his residence on 12th St. NE in Austin. Nunez, who was facing three felony murder charges, had originally pleaded not guilty and a trial was to have started on July 11th, but he accepted a plea deal on Wednesday. Sentencing for Nunez has been scheduled for October 27th.
