(ABC 6 News) – The Albert Lea City Council will be rezoning two vacant lots into light industrial buildings.
The council approved the rezoning during their Monday [August 8] city council meeting. Earlier this year, the city requested proposals for the lots on Spark and Belmont Ave. Broadway Home Design proposed to build a 3,500-square-foot warehouse and office on the lots.
