FOREST CITY, Iowa – A family fued resulted in a Winnebago County teen facing multiple charges. Kenneth Skylar Dean Pedelty, 17 of Forest City, is accused of threatening a relative with a knife and a gun August 17 during a confrontation. He also allegedly punched her, kicked her, and pulled her hair, before holding three other women at gunpoint and stealing their cell phones so they couldn’t call for help. Charges of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, going armed with intent, assault, domestic abuse assault, and false imprisonment were filed in the case.
