CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Minn. – A two-vehicle collision just north of Albert Lea Thursday sent one person to the hospital. The Minnesota State Patrol says, Cynthia Carolina Gaytan, 39 of Claremont was on Highway 14 in Olmsted County, when she struck some debris in the road near mile marker 208, sending it flying into the windshield of an oncoming vehicle. That driver suffered what are described as non-life threatening injuries. Gaytan was not hurt.
