Austin man busted in undercover drug investigation sentenced

AUSTIN, Minn. An Austin man busted in an undercover investigation has been sentenced to more than six years in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree sale of drugs. A judge ordered, Jerry Hoy, of Austin, to serve 75 months in prison. He was given credit for 127 days served. Authorities said Hoy sold methamphetamine to a confidential informant in back in March of this year.
