(ABC 6 News) – A man convicted in a 2020 drug raid was arrested after failing to appear for sentencing on Monday. Freeborn County Court issued an active warrant for Marco Antonio Alquicira Friday [Oct. 7]. Freeborn County law enforcement reported that Alquicira had not complied with GPS monitoring. Alquicira was arrested after a Sept. 2020 narcotics search at an Albert Lea hotel and pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges. He faces 40 years in prison.
