A Pemberton man is facing criminal charges for a crash Saturday night that left two people hospitalized. A witness told authorities they saw a vehicle speed past a stop sign along 3rd North, before heading onto Broadway, and crossing over the median, then colliding with a car. Two people were reportedly in intensive care, both with brain bleeds, and one with several pelvic fractures. Police say the suspect, identified as Miguel Bustillos, appeared to have been drinking when he was arrested.
