(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester man was assaulted by three teens during a would-be vape sale Wednesday morning. All three teens face charges of 1st-degree robbery, stemming from the incident, in which a police officer reportedly saw the victim get in his car parked on East Center Street near 6th Avenue, and speed off, prompting a trafic stop. The man was covered in blood and told the officer he had just escaped a mugging at a nearby apartment where he went to sell some vape pens, but was jumped by the teen buyers, according to police reports. All three teens were found at the apartment and taken into custody.
