A two car crash sent an elderly Faribault woman to the hospital Thursday afternoon. The State Patrol’s accident report says 81-year-old Darlene Ross collided with a vehicle on Hwy. 60 at the intersection with Grant St.. She was treated for what were described as non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the other vehicle, identified as 24-year-old Allison Archambault of Faribault, was not hurt. The report indicates both drivers were buckled up and that alcohol was not a contributing factor in the crash.
