This story could be part of America’s funniest criminals, after a lengthy police chase through southeast Rochester ended with a woman trapped in a fence on Sunday night. It began when a deputy attempted to pull over a vehicle in Marion Township and the driver sped off, running red lights and stop signs, and jumping over curbs, nearly crashing into multiple vehicles, before she stopped on Willow Heights Dr. Sw, and fled on foot, but then got stuck in a mesh fence. Arak Warwien, 25, was tased and taken into custody. She’s facing 10 charges, including felony DWI.
