Austin and KY man facing assault charge in Thanksging eve parking confrontation

(ABC 6 News) – An Austin man and a KY man each face a charge of 2nd-degree assault after an alleged confrontation the day before Thanksgiving. Brian Keith Ketchum, 37, allegedly threatened to shoot, Htay Reh, 21, on Nov. 23 as the two men argued about a parking space, and Ketchum got a knife to protect himself, according to court records. Ketchum’s pretrial is scheduled for April 21, 2023 with a jury trial scheduled May 1. Reh will appear in court Dec. 12.
