A Freeborn County District Court judge sentenced a Crystal man to 107 months in prison Tuesday in connection to a 2021 traffic stop turned drug bust and high speed chase that reached 130 mph. Matthew Douglas Ingram, who was found with over 200 grams of methamphetamine on Interstate 90, was convicted on one count of felony drug possession. Ingram will receive credit for 314 days and will serve the rest of his time at the correctional facility in St. Cloud.
