Following a welfare check a 58 year old man was found dead of an apparent drug overdose on Tuesday, at the same Rochester residence where two other people died last week. Police said the landlord was asked by a social worker to contact the resident and he was found inside the apartment at 1100 3rd Ave. SE., along with signs of drug use. A woman and a man were identified as the two people found deceased last Thursday at the same residence. The investigations is continuing, police said.
