Local and state law enforcement will be beefing up patrols for the holidays. As part of the national Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over DUI enforcement and public education campaign law enforcement agencies will be out in full force through New Year’s Day targeting impaired drivers. Authorities said the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” intiative is a way to remind folks to celebrate responsibly and plan a safe ride home if they’ve been drinking this holiday season.
