(ABC 6 News) – More than sixty other charges will be dismissed after a former Albert Lea car dealer accused of selling cars illegally accepted a plea deal in the case. According to court documents, Timothy Brian Mann, the former owner of Albert Lea dealership Mann Motors, pleaded guilty to selling vehicles without a dealership license and one count of failure to transfer vehicle titles to new owners in February 2022, and a judge dropped 69 other charges.
