(ABC 6 News) – New details are being released in the investigation into an Austin assisted living facility. The Minnesota Department of Health is requesting a 30-day extension as it looks into complaints filed against South Grove Lodge from families who removed their loved ones from the facility saying the residents were mistreated, according to ABC 6 News. The state launched an investigation as a result of the allegations against the nursing home.
