(ABC 6 News) s/austin – No injuries were reported in a police involved shooting just south of austin Wednesday. The incident happened near Planet Fitness in southeast Rochester, after the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office says deputies attempted to serve a warrant for a suspect who jumped in his car and sped off, prompting an officer to fire one shot at the fleeing vehicle. The incident remains under investigation.
