Tis the season, for porch pirates. One Rochester woman is pleading for sentimental Items stolen from her front porch to be returned. A package delivered just before Thanksgiving on 15th Street contained precious memories and items of a family member who recently passed away. The owner is asking for these items to be returned, no questions asked.
