UPDATE – (ABC 6 News) – A resident of Charles City, just SE of Northwood, reported missing on Dec. 3, was found dead on Monday. Police said in a Wednesday update that, Angela Fogarty, 46, went missing from the area of the Casa (Clarkview) Apartments on Saturday, and that she passed away from the incident. No other information has been released.
