Albert Lea woman accepts plea deal in connection to Spring drug bust

ALBERT LEA, Minn. – An Albert Lea woman accepted a plea deal in connection to an undercover drug bust this spring. Delyla Carlina Jarvis, 21, was charged with a first-degree controlled substance crime, which is punishable in Minnesota by up to 30 years in prison, stemming from a search of her Albert Lea home where investigators found methamphetamine, marijuana, and $800 in cash. Jarvis pleaded guilty to a reduced charge Friday [Jan. 13]. Her sentencing is now set for April 24.
