In February, the City of Wells intends to rollout an online reporting system for the Wells area. This system will allow residents to report various issues though out the area that City Hall should be made aware of, such as potholes, city code enforcement complaints, and ordinance complaints, and upon receiving the complaint, the system will alert the appropriate department of the issue and generate a work ticket for the department to fix it. Once launched, the reporting module can be found on the official City of Wells website.
