A Frost man is facing felony drug and weapons charges in connection to a drive by shooting near a woman walking her dog in rural Blue Earth. Faribault County investigators say they discovered spent ammunition shells and bullet holes in the ice at the location where the truck had stopped, and found a handgun in,Timothy Walter Glanzman’s, 38, truck that matched the spent shells found at the shooting scene. A glass pipe that tested positive for meth was also discovered inside the truck, according to the complaint.
