NORTHWOOD – A Northwood woman charged with vehicular homicide in a drunk driving crash in July that killed two in Worth County has pleaded not guilty. 24-year-old Maggie Harvey is accused of crashing headon into a vehicle on US Highway 65 near Kensett, killing the Albert Lea man who was driving, and his three year old passenger. Court records did not immediately list a trial date.
