Residents are waking up to freezing temperatures this morning. The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for all of southern Minnesota in effect until 10:00 am Monday morning, including in Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Freeborn, Goodhue, Rice, Steele, and Waseca.
