AUSTIN, Minn. – A Mower County woman charged in a 2021 undercover drug bust has been sentenced to five years probation. Kayla Esperanza Irlas, of Austin, pleaded guilty to third-degree sale of drugs, stemming from a Oct. 20, 2021 incident in which the 24 year old sold 13 ounces of cocaine to a confidential informant. A judge also ordered Irlas to do 40 hours of community service.
