The New Richland City Council is back at full strength, following a couple of actions at its last meeting. The council appointed Janda Ferguson to fill a vacant seat. Following that, the council received an update on the city administrator position, after Anthony Martens presented his resignation, and then asked to withdraw, which council accepted and said he would continue in the post.
