AUSTIN, Minn. – A Rochester man has accepted a plea deal in connection to a 2021 undercover investigation of a known drug house in Austin. The Austin Police Department says Melvin Tyrone Bush, 59 of Rochester was arrested after he sold several grams of heroin to a confidential informant at the residence on 2nd Avenue SE in 2021. Bush pleaded guilty Monday to third-degree sale of drugs. His sentencing is set for July 7.
