NORTHWOOD – The vehicular homicide trial of a Northwood woman scheduled to start next month will be delayed. 24-year-old Maggie Harvey is accused of driving drunk when she collided head on with a vehicle on US Highway 65 near Kensett that killed a 45-year-old Albert Lea man and a toddler in Harvey’s vehicle. Harvey’s trial was scheduled to start on March 1st, but her lawyer recently filed a motion for a continuance. Harvey’s new trial is set for May 10th.
