Court documents for the cases state that 39-year-old Terry Izeal Heggs was arrested at Wing Bazaar in mid-January, after a woman who had a restraining order against Heggs tipped off police when he began working at the business. The criminal complaint notes that officers found suspected fentanyl in the kitchen near the flour, raising concerns that controlled substances could contaminate the restaurant’s food. The Wing Bazaar food license was revoked shortly after Heggs’ arrest, according to court documents. Heggs’ next court appearance is scheduled for June 22.
